　　锦华（集团）公司是由多家贸易型公司及实业型企业组成的，总部设在北国冰城哈尔滨。在国内的贸易型公司有：哈尔滨锦华国际贸易有限公司，上海新锦华国际贸易有限公司，上海锦华国际贸易有限公司，哈尔滨锦华国际贸易深圳公司，哈尔滨市锦华国际贸易公司绥芬河分公司。在国内的实业型企业有：哈尔滨锦华实业有限公司，上海惠能实业有限公司，泉州锦华礼品实业有限公司等。在国外的主要贸易型公司有：美国纽约的LuLanKa C.S.C.Inc和VisionMax Inc；俄—锦华贸易有限公司（莫斯科），贝加尔湖贸易有限公司（俄远东地区）。另在国内外还设有多家办事处。

    Jinhua (Group) Co. consists of a few trade companies and enterprises. The head office is at the Ice City of Harbin in Northeast China. The trade companies in the group in China are: Harbin Jinhua International Trade Co., Ltd., Shanghai New Jinhua International Trade Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jinhua International Trade Co., Ltd., Harbin Jinhua International Trade Shenzhen Co., and Harbin Jinhua International Trade Suifenhe Co. The domestic enterprises include: Harbin Jinhua Enterprise Co., Ltd., Shanghai Wellknown Enterprise Co., Ltd., and Quanzhou Jinhua Gift Enterprise Co., Ltd. Its main trade companies abroad include: LuLanka C.S.C. Inc. and VisionMax Inc. in USA, R-Jinhua Trade Co., Ltd. (Moscow), and Lake Bakal Trade Co., Ltd. (in Fareast Russia). 　 Approved by MOFTEC of China, Harbin Jinhua International Trade Co., Ltd., Shanghai New Jinhua International Trade Co., Ltd., and Harbin Jinhua International Trade Suifenhe Co. enjoy the right to do general foreign trade, barter trade, border small-volume trade, processing with provided materials, and compensation trade. The import and export volume of the above-mentioned companies is above 30 million USD. The company was awarded by Harbin Municipal Government the lifetime prize as an Advanced Enterprise in Quality and Profit, and also graded by Harbin Municipal Government as an Advanced Export Unit for a few years.
